MEET Jacob

Street lined with cars and large oak trees draped with Spanish moss.

I’m Jacob Tillett, a film editor and visual creative based in Atlanta, GA, with experience across post-production, graphic design, and production design for film.

My background in Film & Television—refined through my education at the Savannah College of Art and Design—has shaped a strong editorial approach rooted in story structure, rhythm, and visual cohesion. I’ve edited a range of short narrative, documentary, and experimental films, including Ringing the Bell, Origami Girl, and String of Fate. My work spans both creative and technical roles, with a focus on crafting clear, impactful edits that support the overall vision of the project.

In addition to editing, I’ve contributed to multiple productions as a graphic artist and art department collaborator, creating in-universe graphics, set dressing, and production design for films like After Vice and Duty Round. My skills extend into Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, and other software allowing me to take on versatile design and post-production tasks from concept to delivery.

I’m passionate about collaboration, detail-driven work, and supporting productions with a clear, professional standard—whether in the edit bay or on set.
